Providing instruction in self-defense. We provide a full complement of self-defense courses, both with and without the use of weapons. We offer safety seminars and defense products training. We are a member of the R.A.D. Systems of training and offer a full complement of RAD courses to include RAD for kids, women, and men. We also sell self-defense products and training aids.
